History

Aluminum Fabricated Products (AFP) was established in 2002 and moved to a new state of the art complex in December 2006. We provide a level of service and quality well above industry standards. We are dedicated to strengthening customer relations and streamlining manufacturing operations. Through acquiring new and updating existing machinery, rebuilding the infrastructure, upgrading and implementing new computer hardware and software systems, AFP continues to grow and provide the above industry standards we have always been known for.

Community

AFP is a proudly Canadian company with deep roots in the local GTA and surrounding area.

Quality

AFP prides itself in quality assurance. We are dedicated to providing top value products and services to our customers. We maintain our quality assurance of extrusion and fabrication drawings by inspecting and correcting as early as possible. Quality assurance, validating and testing existing and new dies, allows us to reduce lead times and costs. A large part of ensuring customer satisfaction is ensuring that all customer requirements are met. AFP incorporates numerous process checks to verify the requirements, such as: sequence inspections, enabling us to incorporate more detailed documented verification should the customer require. Our Quality department inspects critical dimensions to ensure that production is progressing according to plan. AFP is equipped with all standard equipment such as digital gauges, TigerStop and Mitutoyo CMM.

Development

AFP prides itself in developing new products. A subsidiary product line called Easy Frame Products (EFP) is an easy, self assembled frame system, that can be used for docks, platforms and decking at your home or cottage.
