Cutting

From a single cut to thousands of cuts, we handle all your aluminum needs, no matter how many cuts you require. We will cut your metal to any length – exactly to your specifications. Punching

With numerous vertical and horizontal punch presses, parts can be fabricated with requirements up to 60 ton punch capacity. Most common shapes and sizes of punch & die sets are kept in house up to 1 inch. Long lasting relationships with local tool and die shops gives AFP the power to get custom size and shape punch & die sets with very fast lead times.

Machining

From small vertical mills to large CNC machine centers, AFP is capable of a wide range of machining capacities. We can accept both small and large run jobs of custom machined parts. With over two generations of knowledge and experience, our machine shop is able to produce parts that require innovative tooling and fixturing in a timely manner with competitive pricing. We do CNC machining on various types of 3-5 axis machining centers on all kinds of aluminum with 6061 and 6063 being the most used.

Drilling

Drilling Solutions is what AFP does best. AFP can build anything required to help all drilling operations run smoothly. Drilling tools and machine shop services to solve complex drilling problems are a specialty. If you require small to large drilling runs with either easy or hard to reach specified depths, AFP can provide the right drilling solution to make each job run smoothly.

Assembly

To facilitate part assemblies, AFP uses all types of equipment and custom fabricated jigs as necessary. Individual assembly procedures are developed and perfected as instructed by the customer. All fabrication and assembly operations are approved by our quality control department and are modified as needed for optimum production.

Finishing Touches

Having been in the industry for so long, AFP has established very close relationships with many different type of finishing providers. Whether it is anodizing, painting, powder coating, alodine, polished, any type of finish can be provided upon customer approval.

Extra time and detail are spent as necessary to insure all material is protected and packaged as per requested. AFP keeps an inventory of various fanfold and packing paper to accommodate almost any size package.
